Cannon Estate Winery

Cannon Estate Winery is located in the Fraser Valley and since 2018 has been dedicated to only using organic sprays and no herbicides. The Manuel's believe the Fraser Valley to be a hidden gem on the rise in the Canadian winemaking space. The variations of soil and exposure of their land presented a vast array of options in the creation of the vineyard. As such, the vineyard covers 12.4 acres with 16 different varieties planted on 23 plots.
