Zoom Zoom was created by combining New World and Old World wine making techniques. The goal was to produce a refreshing white wine with a distinct aromatic complexity, prominent minerality and undertones of fruit. Nuanced aromas of passionfruit, citrus zest, and wet stone lead into a light body with fresh acidity and notes of white peach and green apple on the palate. The finish is fresh and crisp.
Due to the young age of our vineyard, these grapes were sourced from Kelowna and Osoyoos.
Ageing - This wine was aged in tank to maintain aromatic fruitiness and freshness.
