Dry with round mouthfeel and ripe orchard fruit aromas. Auxerrois was once under-appreciated but is now enjoying a resurgence of popularity in BC.
Ripe melon and windfall yellow apples fill the bouquet on the nose. On the palate this wine is dry with medium body supported by soft acidity and notes of cantaloupe, lilies and yellow apple.
