Nichol Vineyards has 6 rows of Clone 115 Pinot Noir originally planted in 1990 on the Estate next to the Winery.
This wine is fermented with stems included, hence "Whole Cluster".  Medium matte ruby in colour. Savoury, spicy aromatics of thyme, pine forest, strawberry and earth. This is medium bodied but quite firm in the mouth with the ability to handle more substantial foods and proteins.
