Whizz Kid was created by combining New World and Old World wine making techniques with a main focus on fruit. Blackberry, plum and cherry liqueur on the nose with a body of medium tannins and volume. Lightly concentrated and structured, the palate is dry with notes of green pepper and cassis on the finish.
Vineyard
Most of the grapes come from a rocky and well-exposed vineyard in Oliver, and the rest from Kelowna.
Ageing
We aged this wine in tank, not barrel, in order to respect the aromatic fruitiness and freshness of the wine.
