Bootstrapper was created using mostly New World style winemaking techniques. It is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. On the nose you get aromas of dark fruit, spice, violet and vanilla. On the palate there is cherry and black pepper with a long spicy finish.
Vineyard
Most the grape varietals come from Oliver from a rocky and well exposed vineyard and a small percentage came from Osoyoos.
Ageing
This year we aged the wine for 12 months in barrel and one month in bottle before release.
