Produced by aging Wallflower Gin for up to two years in freshly emptied, port-style barrels from Unsworth and Burrowing Owl wineries. Over time, each barrel contributes its own unique port flavours. We then combined the barrels for a one-of-a-kind blend.
The gin begins with notes of prune and stewed fruit with underlying strawberry and cherry flavours. There is also a candied citrus undertone along with dried cranberries and raisins, reminiscent of fruit leather. It has a very long rich finish that is bold, yet soothing and refined.
