Certified Organic Pinot Noir from a small family-run vineyard on the slopes high up in Okanagan Falls.
Winemaking: Foot treaded on whole clusters for 3 days, then gently basket pressed into stainless steel. Natural ferment, with 25ppm of sulphur added after malolactic conversion. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and by hand.
Nose – autumn earth, raspberry tea, rose stems, green strawberry
Palate – white cherry, dusty pink rose petals, wild sage, fresh porcini mushrooms
