Rêverie was produced by using techniques traditionally practiced in the Provence region of France. Comprised mainly of Syrah and Merlot, this wine is elegant, aromatic, well balanced and refreshing. A powerful, yet balanced nose of wild strawberry, orange blossom and citrus continue through to the dry palate with added notes of apple and more strawberry. A medium bodied rosé with a long and fresh finish.
Vineyard
Due to the young age of our vineyard, these grapes were sourced from Oliver, Osoyoos and Kelowna.
Ageing
This year, we aged part of the wine in barrel for three months (30% old barrel) and one month in bottle.
