Fervour was produced using techniques traditionally practiced in the Bordeaux region of France. It is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. It is concentrated with nice tannins but still has a focus on the fruit and freshness. On the nose you will find violet, lilac and spice followed by cherry, cocoa and coffee. On the palate, cocoa and spice with an elegant fresh finish.
Vineyard
Most of the grape varietals came from vineyards in Oliver and the rest from Keremeos.
Ageing
This year we aged the wine for 12 months (30% new French oak) and in bottle for two months before release.
