This rather unique Vancouver Island grape variety has fantastic texture due to neutral French oak barrel fermentation and aging. 
White peach and grapefruit aromas on the palate lead to vibrant Key lime and pear flavours with notes of salty ocean air. Aged on fine lees in barriques for 6 months
