Oaken Gin is Odd Society’s Wallflower Gin that rests in 30-litre American white oak rye casks
for a minimum of six months. The time spent in oak gives the gin a smooth texture and adds richness, elevating the spice notes. The citrus flavours of the spirit are pleasingly integrated with vanilla characteristics from the wood.
