Embracing the traditions of the first distillers of Ireland, we crafted an Irish-style  whiskey from a distinct mash of malted barley and unmalted wheat. After a triple distillation through each of our three Odd stills, this layered spirit was aged for four years in barrels once used for our signature Commodore and Prospector whiskies.
 
The resulting whiskey entices the palate with flavours of soft caramel, crisp apple, and notes of warm spice. Perfectly smooth after being distilled three times, with a silky buttery finish lingering on your tongue.
