Solera Barrel Gin, is our Wallflower Gin aged in a 30-litre American white oak rye cask.  Gin was added to this Solera Barrel over time and now ranges from 3 to 4.5 years old.   Extra time spent in oak adds a rich, smooth texture, and elevates the woody spice notes. Strong citrus flavours are coupled with a surprising fruitiness, and plum notes are pleasingly integrated with vanilla.
