Scottish Peat & Smoke Whisky gets its name from a portion of the malt being smoked with Scottish peat. This year's batch is a blend of whiskies aged in ex-Single Malt and ex-Rye casks for 4-5 years. The high level of charring in these barrels give bolder, more intense flavours.
 
On first approach, Scottish Peat & Smoke introduces earthy undertones of hay and dried grass giving way to honey and butterscotch flavours. This expression has a sweet, viscous mouthfeel and a light, smoky finish.
