An ode to our Canadian spirit, this single malt whisky draws many of its unique flavours from the maple tree. We smoke our malted barley with maple wood. The distilled spirit is then aged for a minimum of three winters in oak casks that were previously used to age maple syrup.
Robust, with slight smoke and a touch of silky maple sweetness this whisky is warm and rich enough to see you through a long cold winter.
