This whisky includes malt that has been smoked with Garry wood, the only Oak species native to BC.
Tobacco smoke on the nose and a rich, buttery mouthfeel.  The flavour is reminiscent of burnt brown sugar sweetness and graham cracker biscuity flavour.
Aged four years in once-used American White Oak barrels.
