Our first Sidestep away from BC grapes, fruit for this Viognier comes from the Yakima Valley. This wine was cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve natural fruit aromas and flavours. On the nose and palate, intense stone fruit notes of peach prevail, with hints of citrus and tropical fruit.
