Made entirely from our Sallows Road Vineyard, estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wine has lovely effervesce, with balanced acidity.  A dry, crisp wine, it’s aromas hint of sweet, bright cherries, strawberries and cotton candy with citrus undertones.
