Estate-grown in South East Kelowna, made from two French Chardonnay clones (76 and 95).
Production Notes:
Fermented slowly at 15⁰C to preserve the grape’s natural aromatics, this wine was aged in 30% new French oak puncheons, and 70% in stainless steel for 8 months.
