70% Sauvignon Blanc + 30% Sémillon. 
De-stemmed and direct pressed. Settled in stainless steel and racked of heavy solids. Stainless steel and partial barrel fermentation on fine lees. Unfined and unfiltered.  
Clear, slightly matte hay/sunshine yellow with green flecks. Fairly soft, rich nose of melon and hay. The palate is also rich and dry with sweet grass and melon rind. Medium acid finish
