100% Semillon.  Whole Cluster pressed, natural ferment, raised in neutral French oak for 12 months on full solids with very little stirring of the lees. 
Planted in 1995 in Kelowna this single Vineyard has been responsible for some of the most respected Semillon to come out of the Okanagan.
Unfined and Unfiltered.
