Our Pinot Noir is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture the truly authentic expression of Emandare’s nature. 
Juicy black cherry and cranberry, violets, wild mushroom, subtle apple and dusty minerality and a depth of texture so unique to our Pinot Noir. This only begin to describe this terroir driven wine.
