This rosé is a blend of Gamay Clone 509 (56%) and Clone 787 (44%) which gives it a beautifully elegant palate of strawberries with a whisper of cantaloupe. Slightly darker in hue, the deeper colour comes from the Agape Vineyard fruit that was picked later than the Mariani fruit and developed deeper colour in the skins with a longer hang time. A truly stunning, and balanced rosé.
