“PB&C”, a cheeky riff on PB&J, is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. Using Martha’s Vineyard Pinot Blanc and King Family Farm Chardonnay, we co-fermented the juice to create a light and beautifully balanced fresh melon and citrus palate.  This wine was made to go with your apero charcuterie platter.
