Varietal: 47% Gewurztraminer, 43% Riesling, 10% Muscat
 
Gew and Muscat were co-fermented and on the skins for 30 days.  Riesling on the skins for 30 days, two gentle punch downs per day.
 
Aged 9 months in amphora, concrete and neutral oak, bottled with no filtration or fining
