Whole cluster pressed with a gentle press cycle to ensure the highest quality of juice. Left to rest on light lees for 9 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tropical notes of pineapple, white peach and citrus on the nose with hints of
toasted bread , butter and apple. The palate is full and textured with bright
juicy acidity. A beautiful classic wine.
